Quotes and availability
Website prices are starting points, not binding offers. Final pricing and route availability depend on property details, number of dogs, yard condition, frequency, access, and confirmed service area. A quote does not guarantee service until Yardvale accepts the request and confirms the arrangement.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate property and contact information, safe access to agreed service areas, and notice of relevant hazards, animals, locks, or access conditions. Service may be delayed or skipped when conditions are unsafe or access is unavailable.
Scheduling and weather
Route days and arrival windows may change because of weather, unsafe conditions, holidays, or operational needs. Yardvale will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
Intellectual property
Yardvale’s name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by Yardvale or used with permission. These terms do not grant a right to reproduce or commercially use them.
Disclaimers and limitation
